This small business is local to a town called Morin-Heights, located just an hour’s drive north of Montreal Quebec, Canada. Their goal is to make it easy for you to create homemade dishes worth talking about. 

Gourmet du Village’s unique selection covers everything from specialty hot chocolate packets to chilled and baked dip packets. One of our favorites is their espresso martini mix. This mix makes for the perfect post-dinner pick-me-up and is easy to prepare in a pinch!

Jersey Italian Gravy

Jersey Italian Gravy was developed by Carlos and Constance Vega as a simple solution for foodies everywhere. Classic Italian flavor, made with few, fresh, organic ingredients, that will leave you wanting seconds again and again.

You can find a variety of their delicious sauces at Canal Street Market, including Classic Jersey Italian Gravy and Jersy Italian Gravy Sunday Dinner.

Hufford Family Dairy Cheese

Local to Northern Indiana, Hufford Family Dairy started as a grain, forage, and livestock farm. Now, passed down to the 3rd generation, the family farm has specialized in home-grown, non-GMO forages and Grade A milk production since 1995.

Hufford Family Dairy sells raw milk cheese, made with no preservatives. From Carolina Reaper to Cranberry cheeses, they offer a wide variety of cheese flavor options. Their vision is that the local community will continue to appreciate knowing exactly where and how their food is grown and preserved.

Midwest Fresh Bacon Jam

Located in Marion, Indiana, Midwest Fresh started as a restaurant consulting company by Chef Kevin Grider. During this time, he realized his signature recipes had the potential to be household brand names, so he began bottling his sauces using real ingredients from Indiana and selling them across Indiana.

The most popular Midwest Fresh product is their Award-winning Bacon Jam. While it was originally created to be a burger topping, it has an endless amount of uses. Soup Of Success’ Hearty Potato Soup

Soup of Success in Elkhart, Indiana is more than just a food and home goods shop. They provide an intensive 20-week program that helps marginalized women find their voices, discover direction, establish goals, and overcome their obstacles to achieve these goals.

At Canal Street Market, we carry a variety of their soup mixes, with the Hearty Potato Soup being one of our best-sellers. The gluten-free, healthy soup is full of hearty diced potatoes, carrot, onion, leek, and s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning. Their tasty soup mixes make for the perfect last-minute dinner option.

Slawsa

If you top it with a slaw or eat it with salsa, you’ll love it with Slawsa. Slawsa, based in Cramerton, North Carolina, is the coleslaw-salsa crossover you never knew you needed.
