  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine cherry butter, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and rosemary. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Sear pork in a hot oven-safe skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  4. Brush with cherry glaze and transfer to oven.
  5. Roast for 18–22 minutes, basting halfway through.
  6. Let rest before slicing and drizzle with remaining glaze.

Wind & Willow Peppercorn Parmesan Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Wind & Willow Peppercorn Parmesan Dip Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the entire packet of Wind & Willow Peppercorn Parmesan Dip Mix.
  3. Stir well until fully blended.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.

Gardner’s Blue Marble Jack Cheese & Caramelized Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This grilled cheese takes the classic comfort food to a new level. The creamy blue marble jack cheese combined with the sweetness of the caramelized onions will definitely hit the spot!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or rustic bread works well)
  • 2-3 slices of Gardner’s Blue Marble Jack Cheese
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by caramelizing the onions. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the thinly sliced onions, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes, until they become soft and golden brown.
  2. Once the onions are soft and brown, add the balsamic vinegar and cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Assemble your sandwich by buttering one side of each slice of bread, then layer the slices of Gardner’s Blue Marble Jack Cheese on one side of the bread and top with a generous portion of the caramelized onions.
  4. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and place the sandwich in the pan, buttered side facing out. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, pressing down lightly with a spatula, until the bread is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
